Concerning ecological support of the launch of the manned crew transfer vehicle “Soyuz MS-19” with the “Soyuz-2.1a” rocket planned on October, 5, 2021

On October 2, 2021, to ecological support the launch of the Soyuz-2.1a rocket with Soyuz MS-19 manned crew transfer vehicle (MCTV), scheduled for October 5, 2021, specialists of the RSE NRC “Garysh-Ekologiya” moved to the expected impact zone of the separating boosters located in the Ulytau district of the Karaganda region.

On September 21, 2021, to contamination control in the position area of ​the Baikonur cosmodrome at the border of the sanitary protection zone of the refueling station of the site №31 during and after refueling of MCTV by specialists of the RSE NRC “Garysh-Ekologiya”, instrumental measurements of atmospheric air and soil samples were taken. At the moment, quantitative chemical analysis of selected samples of environmental objects and their cameral treatment is being carried out.
