Concerning transformation of RSE “NRC” Garysh-Ekologiya”into Branch office of RSE”Infrakos”in Almaty

This is to inform you that according to the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan No.295 of 06.05.2021 “About reorganization of the Republican State Enterprise on the right of economic management“Infrakos” of Aerospace Committee of the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations and Space Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan and modification of the decision of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan” the RSE “Infrakos” is reorganized by amalgamation withRSE “NRC “Garysh-Ekologiya”.

On August 20, 2021, by Order of the State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan No.532, a transfer certificate between RSE “Infrakos” andRSE “NRC “Garysh-Ekologiya”was approvedand by the Order of the State Corporation “Government for Citizens” No.28519 dated September, 16, 2021the activity of the RSE “Garysh-Ekologiya” “was discontinued.
